Subscriptions

The game is free to play. Optional yearly subscriptions unlock extra features (Players, Coaching, Scoring, Nelo Gameplay, Small Features, or Unlock Everything). Buy them in the game under Settings > Store.

• Restore purchases: open Settings > Store and tap Restore Purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with.
• Manage or cancel: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. On Mac, open the App Store, click your name, then Account Settings > Subscriptions. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Refunds: purchases are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Common questions

A feature still looks locked after buying. Close and reopen the game, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure the App Store on your device is signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase.

Do I need an internet connection? No, the game plays fully offline. A connection is only needed to buy or restore subscriptions.
